Art. 13 Regolamento (UE) 2016/679 (“GDPR”)
Tennis for Africa Onlus è impegnata nella tutela e nella
salvaguardia dei dati personali degli utenti che vengono
acquisiti attraverso il sito web www.tennisforafrica.org (Il
Sito). Il trattamento dei dati personali è ispirato ai principi
di liceità, correttezza e trasparenza e viene svolto secondo i
termini e le condizioni della presente Informativa. Essa
contiene informazioni rilevanti sulle modalità e sulle finalità
con i dati vengono trattati ed elenca i diritti relativamente a
detto trattamento.
La presente Informativa è applicata esclusivamente alle attività
presenti sul Sito e non si applica pertanto ai dati personali
raccolti tramite link esterni.
1. SOGGETTI COINVOLTI: La Onlus Tennis for Africa con sede in
Via dei Due Ponti, 48/a 00191 Roma è il Titolare del trattamento
dei dati personali (“il Titolare”). La Onlus ha nominato un
Responsabile della protezione dei dati (Data Protection Officer
o “DPO”) che potrà essere contattato all’indirizzo:

2. TIPOLOGIA DI DATI RACCOLTI e BASE GIURIDICA DEL TRATTAMENTO:
Il Sito raccoglie
diverse categorie di dati personali:
- I c.d. dati di navigazione (indirizzo internet protocol (IP);
tipo di browser e parametri del dispositivo usato per
connettersi al sito; nome dell'internet service provider (ISP);
data e orario di visita; pagina web di provenienza del
visitatore (referral) e di uscita. Questi dati vengono
utilizzati in forma anonima e raccolta in forma aggregata
unicamente per fini statistici, per permettere il corretto
funzionamento del sito e per motivi di sicurezza. Il trattamento
di questa tipologia di dati è quindi consentita in base ad un
legittimo interesse del Titolare e non necessita del tuo

- Sul Sito è possibile contattare la Onlus compilando il modulo
di contatto ed effettuare donazioni on-line. Per usufruire di
queste funzionalità, Sono chiesti i dati di contatto (nome,
cognome e indirizzo email) e all’occorrenza anche i dati fiscali
e bancari per le donazioni on-line. Questi dati sono trattati
per il fine specifico per il quale sono stati raccolti (invio
comunicazioni, contatto al Titolare e donazioni) con strumenti
manuali e/o informatici e telematici in modo da garantirne la
sicurezza, l'integrità e la riservatezza nel rispetto delle
disposizioni vigenti. Il conferimento di questi dati è
facoltativo ed il loro trattamento è fondato sul consenso.
- Il Sito utilizza i cookie che sono piccoli file di testo che
consentono di raccogliere e conservare informazioni sulle
preferenze degli utenti. Esistono tre tipologie di cookie: (i)

PLUGIN SOCIAL NETWORK
Il Sito incorpora plugin e/o bottoni per i social network (Facebook,

condivisione dei contenuti del Sito sui tuoi profili social. I
plugin sono programmati in modo tale da non impostare alcun

Tennis for Africa Onlus is committed to protecting
and safeguarding the personal data of users that are
acquired through the website www.tennisforafrica.org (The
Site). The processing of personal data is based on the
principles of lawfulness, fairness and transparency and is
carried out according to the terms and conditions of this
Policy. It contains relevant information on the methods and
purposes with the data are processed and lists the rights
relating to this treatment.
This Notice is applied exclusively to the activities
present on the Website and therefore does not apply to
personal data collected through external links.
1. SUBJECTS INVOLVED: The Tennis for Africa
non-profit organization based in Via dei Due Ponti, 48 / a
00191 Roma is the data controller of personal data ("the
Data Controller"). The non-profit organization has appointed
a Data Protection Officer (Data Protection Officer or "DPO")
who can be contacted at: info@tennisforafrica.org.
2. TYPE OF COLLECTED DATA and LEGAL BASIS OF
TREATMENT: The Site collects
different categories of personal data:
- I c.d. navigation data (internet protocol address
(IP); type of browser and device parameters used to connect
to the site; name of the internet service provider (ISP);
date and time of visit; web page of the visitor's origin (referral)
and This data is used anonymously and collected in aggregate
form solely for statistical purposes, to allow the site to
function properly and for security reasons.The processing of
this type of data is therefore allowed based on a legitimate
interest of the Owner and does not require your consent.

non-profit organization by filling out the contact form and
making online donations. To take advantage of these features,
contact details (name, surname and email address) and, if
necessary, tax and bank details for online donations are
also requested. These data are processed for the specific
purpose for which they were collected (sending
communications, contacting the Data Controller and donations)
with manual and / or IT and telematic tools in order to
guarantee their security, integrity and confidentiality in
compliance with the provisions current. The provision of
these data is optional and their processing is based on
consent.

cookies, used to collect information for statistical,
