The Association Tennis for Africa has recently got an agreement with the private sport organization  "Fast Academy" in Italy for organizing the assistance of some young African tennis palyers.
The Italian Fast Academy Association was established in 2000 with the Headquarters in Chivasso Turin (Italy) at the "Il Crircolo" tennis club. The manager of the Association and promoter of the experimental project is Roberto Facciano. The Fast Academy project aims at supporting young players at regional  and national level from Africa who are not in condition for playng tennis  as best as they can in their Countries.
The goal of the project is to involve sponsors for covering the expenditures of the accommodations and trips of the young players. At the beginning, through the support of our experts, Tennis for Africa will have the role to select the players and to coordinate the period of stay of the participants at the Academy.
The Academy will offer the technical support for organizing the sport activities of players (assistance during the tournaments and period of practicies); the participants will not have any costs; the participants will have to give a rate of their income in case they get some results achieved during the tournamnents. If the player does not get any result, the cost of the assistance, accommodation and trips will be on the Academy.
The agreement between the players and the Academy will be coordinated by Tennis for Africa, who has the role to control the work of participants The club: The club has 4 tennis courts, 1 swimmingpool, 1 gym, 1 restaurant, 1 meeting and TV room. The organizers are working for preparing a structure for hosting the players.
