What is your return policy?
Tennis for Africa  will issue a full refund  on items that are damaged while shipping or lost by the courrier.

In the unlikely event that we ship you the wrong item, please notify us by e-mail to report the mistake. Please include your shipping information and your order id. Wait to receive a confirmation e-mail and return the goods in their original package and mark "Return to Sender" on the package.

All items shipped by Tennis for Africa are packaged in heavy-duty package, or protective envelopes to ensure they arrive safely.

How long will it take for my order to arrive?
Before the shipping, Tennis for Africa contacts you for giving different solutions with different costs . When you inform us about the way of shipping, after your payment, we send the item:   orders can take longer due to customs if hipped outside Europe. International orders can take up to 4 weeks to arrive depending on the destination.

What should I do if my order hasn't arrived?
