stato indossato durante l'allenamento. Il modello è prodotto

informazioni: nome dell'Associazione con indirizzo e numero
telefonico, foto e descrizione dell'articolo, data e luogo di
acquisizione, firma del legale rappresentante dell'Associazione.

the player during the practice. The model is

information: association name issuing the declaration,
address and phone number, description and picture of
the item, information about the date, the location of
the event and signature of the Association legal responsible.
